Angela M. McKee is a real estate professional located in Jacksonville, Florida and is a property management guru. With an extensive background working with HVAC company professionals, construction workers, and master electricians, she became familiar with the many details of properties and how to manage them at an early age.

Angela has always had a soft spot for others and began volunteering at City Rescue Mission in 2006. Her desire was to offer compassion and hope for those broken by addiction who were wanting help to rebuild their lives. She continues to serve today and is on the 2022 Steering Committee planning for the next 25 years at CRM.

Desiring to blend her love for people with her own natural, professional abilities, Angela launched a property maintenance company in 2010. She continued on to earn her real estate license in September of 2012, and further advanced to property manager while simultaneously rehabbing multiple houses and flipping myriads of rental properties. In addition, she commissioned various work crews while overseeing arduous rehab construction projects, gaining extensive experience working with both local and foreign owners/investors.

Angela then joined the Northeast Florida NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and served as Education Chair from 2012-2014. Such involvement granted her continuous mentorship along with the opportunity to build strong business relationships and develop valuable skills. These assets, in combination with her diligence and expertise, set her apart from other property management professionals in the business.

In 2019, Angela began serving as Communications Chair, which she continued to hold for 2020, maintaining close connections with various professionals and vendors in the industry. She also joined as Vice Legislative chair for 2020 due to her passion for law and community involvement where she continues to serve. She continued her service as 2021 President's Elect and the 2022 President where she has bridged a connection for NARPM Jax with the local City Council by participating in the Quality of Life Task Force for Homelessness and Affordable/Workforce Housing, speaking on behalf of landlords and tenants. She also made strides with her 2022 Board to make appointments with City Council Representatives to meet and discuss hot topics such as rent control, tenants rights bill, rezoning, and other rental assistance funding such as Section 8 reformation.

Also In 2019, she joined the Florida State NARPM Chapter where she served as Co- Education Chair, Communication Chair for 2020, Secretary for 2021 and President Elect for 2022. In this role she serves 8 Chapters throughout Florida focusing on the growth, development and high standards of property management.

Angela also serves as the Vice NEFAR Global Business Council Chair and 2020 - 2021, 2022 Chair of NEFAR Global Business Council where she and her leadership team earned the Gold Standard Award, and serves on the Legislative Board Member for NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors), where she has been a member since 2012.

Angela's contribution to the property management and investment industry is immeasurable. With commitment, reliability and follow-through as core values, Angela is recognized for the tremendous role she plays as business development manager at Innovative Property Solutions. She works tenaciously to educate realtors, masterfully assist property owners, and offers premium service to both local and foreign investors/property owners alike in the management of their own properties. She also started and runs a nonprofit called Women For Women In Real Estate where they support women in both personal and professional development.
